(Oral) Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 28.08.2023 passed by respondent No.4- Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Fazilka whereby the Atta Chakki and R.O. System of the petitioner has been illegally stopped and a further prayer has been made to direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to take strict legal action against respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition on account of certain technical defects with liberty to file fresh petition on the same cause of action.
