***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Prayer in the petition is for release of salary and other emoluments of petitioner No.2, who is stated to have been working as Math Mistress in petitioner No.1-School. It has been urged before the court that despite the fact that petitioner No.2 was duly discharging her duties, her emoluments have been arbitrarily withheld. An FIR No. 251, dated 26.11.2011 at Police Station City Tarn Taran was registered against the management of the School (petitioner No.1 herein). Learned counsel submits that investigation in the said FIR has been completed and a cancellation report has been submitted.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has received no instructions about the subsequent developments . In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction that respondent No.2 shall look into the entire matter and pass a fresh order within three weeks. Respondent No.2 shall also examine whether there is any specific allegation against petitioner No.2 in the said FIR.
