This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 06.09.2024 passed in CWP-20918-2017. 2.

Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of order dated 01.08.2025 passed pursuant to order dated 06.09.2024 passed in CWP20918-2017, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.
