*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.0005 dated 17.10.2019, registered under Sections 18 and 20 of NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station State Special Operation Cell, SAS Nagar, Mohali. The petitioner is in custody since his arrest on 17.10.2019.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Vikramjeet Singh, states that the prosecution has discharged the onus, as all the prosecution witnesses have been examined.

Considering the advanced stage of trial, no case is made out for grant of regular bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.
