Appellant Ram Singh is represented by Power of Attorney who is none other than her sister. The Power of Attorney of the appellant and the respondent are present along with their counsel. Counsel appearing on either side in the aftermath of the compromise entered into between the parties unanimously submitted before this Court that the appellant Ram Singh may be permitted to withdraw the appeal. Permission is granted and the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. CMM No. 107 of 2014 The main appeal has been disposed of today. Therefore, the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act becomes infructuous. Accordingly, it stands disposed of as such.
