Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was engaged as Ayushman Mitra on 28.03.2019 by respondent No.5-Civil Surgeon, Bhiwani, however despite his work and conduct being to the satisfaction of the authorities, he has not been released any remuneration. 2.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and on instructions, contends that petitioner has not raised the requisite bills, to which learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same shall be done within a period of 2 weeks and in response thereto, learned State counsel submits that the needful shall be done within 4 weeks thereafter.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

Disposed of accordingly, with liberty to get this petition revived in case need so arises.
