(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents, particularly the third respondent/Senior Executive Engineer, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, to decide the petitioners' appeal which has been filed with the covering letter dated 11.06.2026, Annexure P-7, against the final order with respect to the disconnection of petitioners' tubewell electricity connection bearing no.AP-06-9012. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the appeal in question was filed on 11.06.2026, and the third respondent is statutorily required to dispose it of within ninety days. It has already been fixed for hearing on 06.07.2026, and the Department's representative will be present for hearing on that day.
