(ORAL) The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent-authorities to decide its Appeal No. 80 of 2021 pending before respondent No. 2 which has been filed on 27.10.2021. Looking to the fact that the appeal has been filed on 27.10.2021 alongwith an application for stay, we do not find any reason to issue any direction in the matter.

Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, on advance copy, submits that the respondent-authorities would give a date in the appeal and take it up for hearing expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present writ petition which is disposed of.
