(Oral) By way of filing the present criminal writ petition in the nature of mandamus, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect her life and liberty and from false implication in a criminal case on the instigation of respondents No.4 to 7 and further seeking directions to respondents No.4 to 7 not to interfere in the peaceful independent life of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 16.8.2023 (Annexure P-3) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
