This is a petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India and Sections 10 and 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 21.01.2025 passed in RA-CW-63-2020 modifying the judgment dated 18.12.2018 passed in CWP-23944-2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioners' states that the amount has since been received by the petitioners.

In view o f the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged.
