HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Petitioner had filed CRM-M-36575 of 2021, seeking direction to the official respondents to take legal action against the accused in case FIR No.0002 dated 05.01.2021 registered under Section 306,34 IPC at P.S City Sangrur, District Sangrur, which was disposed of, giving direction to the Sr. Supdt of Police, Sangrur to conclude investigation in the FIR, as per law within one month.

A short reply by way of affidavit dated 06.12.2021 of the Sr. Supdt of Police, Sangrur has been filed wherein it is stated that accusedGurjit Singh was arrested on 16.11.2021. Investigation is complete and challan has since been filed on 26.11.2021.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as such.
