The present petition has been filed inter alia praying for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a property dispute going on between the petitioner and her sister, therefore, respondents No. 5 to 9 are planning to eliminate and had also tried to kill the petitioner on 11.08.2023.

Learned State counsel vehemently opposes the present petition and submits that had there been any truth in the averments of the petitioner, she would have approached the nearest Police Station if such kind of incident had ever taken place.

I do not find any merit in the present petition and the same is only to exert pressure upon another sibling in the civil dispute which is going on between the parties.
