       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.247 dated 10.11.2020, registered at Police Station Ateli, District Mahendergarh, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC and Section 61/4/2020 of the Excise Act. Copy of status report dated 31.03.2022, by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kanina, filed in the Registry, is taken on record.

Vide order dated 10.11.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of seven other cases registered/pending against the petitioner, he stands acquitted in four cases whereas stands released on anticipatory bail in two cases and stands fined for a sum of Rs.50/- in one case. CRM-M-47038-2021 /2/ Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 10.11.2021 passed by the Coordinate Bench, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Jagram, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 10.11.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
