COCP- 2502 of 2023 (O&M) 01.06.2023 and 26.10.2023 for an amount of Rs.3,50,000/- & Rs.1,50,000/- respectively (Annexure R-2) have also been released to the petitioner. It is submitted that thereafter nothing is due to the petitioner.

It is pointed out that details of the payments made are borne in at page 15 of the abovesaid short reply filed by respondent No.4. Even further payments have been made to the petitioner, in the following manner:-

Thereby, a total payment of Rs.6,55,413/- has been made to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in this regard.

In view of the statements made by learned State counsel no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, the same stands disposed of accordingly. 7.

Rule stands discharged.

In case, any cause of action survives, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the present petition within a period of two weeks from today.
