       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.27 dated 28.03.2021, registered at Police Station Talwara, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 323, 324, 326, 506, 148 and 149 IPC.

Vide order dated 10.11.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mahender Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
