748 Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.07.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.2 vide which the revision petition of the private respondents has been allowed and order dated 03.02.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.3 has been set aside in an illegal, arbitrary and ex-parte manner in violation of Section 16 of the Haryana Land Revenue Act, 1887. Learned counsel for the petitioner has candidly submits that the impugned order be set aside and respondent No.2 be directed to pass a fresh order after hearing both the sides.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of and the impugned order RITTU 2024.02.02 10:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
