(Oral) At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be complying the impugned order dated 02.08.2023, qua payment of the provisional rent, subject to the objection raised with regard to the payment, at his instance, before learned Rent Controller. In the given circumstances, learned counsel further makes a submission that he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same, with the aforesaid liberty. In view of the submission, so made, the present revision petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed for.
