(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for directing the respondents to allow to serve/perform as Sanskrit Teacher/Shastri Teacher by allotting/issuing him posting order as petitioner was on medical leave since 26.11.2014 due to paralytic attack, but now petitioner is fit for performing his duties as Sanskrit Teacher and in this regard, had submitted representations dated 24.03.2018, 29.11.2018 and 24.05.2019 (Annexures P-4 to P-6), but there is no adherence thereto. Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider representations dated 24.03.2018, 29.11.2018 and 24.05.2019 (Annexures P-4 to P-6) and take appropriate decision thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

It is made clear that if decision is not taken within the time frame, there shall be costs of `25,000/- to be paid to the petitioner by the concerned Officer, who is responsible in not taking decision. However, in case, the claim of the petitioner is to be rejected, then a well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to the petitioner.
