The claim of the petitioner is that Armed Forces Tribunal has wrongly granted the benefit of rounding off to 50% as against 30% from 01.06.2014 to 31.12.2015 whereas in the main part the rounding off is from 5075%. In the last para it has been wrongly mentioned as 50% as against 30% disability. We find that there is no reason for rounding off from 01.01.2016 whereas he was discharged on 01.06.2014.

Thus no interference is warranted in the order dated 03.05.2024 passed by Armed Forces Tribunal.
