RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to declare him as successful candidate for Group D post from amongst the category of Exservicemen or dependent. Pursuant to advertisement No. 4/2018, the petitioner participated for Group D post in the category of dependent of Freedom Fighter as General Category. The petitioner secured 53 marks as per OMR sheet. The petitioner was also eligible for 05 marks under Socio Economic Criteria. The final result has been declared on 19.01.2019 and the last candidate selected from Ex Servicemen category secured 40 marks. The petition is dismissed as suitable candidates have already joined on their post.
