This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members and to ensure immediate safety and security of Mohd. Najim as well as family members from the state authorities with a further prayer to direct official respondents to conduct a threat perception assessment and provide adequate security to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 02.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, Nuh, Haryana to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, Nuh, Haryana to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 02.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
