(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for quashing the order dated 20.06.2016 (Annexure P-8), passed by respondent No.2, whereby, directions have been issued to respondents No.4 to 6 for disconnecting the electricity, water supply and for sealing of the premises i.e. Plot No.24/4, Industrial Area, Phae-II, Chandigarh. Besides a prayer for direction to respondents No.4 to 6 to restore the electricity and water supply and not to seal the aforesaid premises has also been made.

Learned counsel for respondents No.2 & 3 has produced a photocopy of the communication dated 06.07.2017, addressed by the Member Secretary, Chandigarh Pollution Control Committee, intimating not Jawala Ram 2017.09.19 15:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 7062 of 2017 - 2 - to disconnect or restore the electricity and water connection of Plot No.24/4, Industrial Area, Phase-II, Chandigarh i.e. the property in dispute. The said communication is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.

The aforesaid fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and it was submitted that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 4.

Ordered accordingly.
