Learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant has produced the bank account statement dated 14.05.2018 of Ms. Kiran-appellant, who is present in person, in Court today. It was not disputed by her(appellant) that the maintenance till January, 2018 has been credited to her account. 2.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the parties submitted that Civil Misc. Nos.5631-32-CII of 2017 have become infructuous and a prayer was made to dispose of the same as such. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant, who appears in person, submitted that the appellant does not wish to pursue the appeal and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. In respect thereof, statement of Ms. Kiran D/o Late Sh. Kashi Nath Kaul, resident of Kacha Talab, Bahu Fort, Jammu (Tawi)-Appellant, on oath, has been recorded separately in Court today.

In view of the statement made by the appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
