(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for direction to respondent No.1 not to pass order reserved on 17.03.2017 in appeal bearing No.02 of 2016, before hearing all the pleadings of the petitioner's advocate and directions be also issued to respondent No.1 not to pass any other order in the aforesaid appeal during the pendency of the present writ petition.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to her in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
