(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.43 dated 10.04.2021 registered under Sections 363, 366, 328, 342, 506, 120-B, 376, 465, 468, 471, 511 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 354, 354-A, IPC were added later on) at Police Station Kiratpur Sahib, District Rupnagar (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings including challan (Annexure P-8). After having argued for sometime, counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all the available pleas before the trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
