(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3 informs the Court that cheque dated 01.03.2021 amounting to `7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh) drawn in favour of the petitioner is ready and the petitioner can collect the same from the Estate Officer, GMADA (Plots) any time. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner himself shall collect the said cheque today or tomorrow or sometime thereafter, from the Estate Officer, GMADA (Plots). In the light of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
