Chief Judicial Magistrate vide judgment dated 09.05.2017 in case FIR No.311 dated 10.05.2011 registered at Police Station City Sirsa under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the IPC, has been upheld by learned Sessions Judge, Sirsa vide judgment dated 13.07.2023.

However, the appellant has not surrendered till date after dismissal of her appeal and has moved an application to exempt the petitioner from surrendering during pendency of this revision.

The said request is declined.

Petitioner is first directed to surrender before the Court. Adjourned to 09.10.2023."

On the adjourned dated on 09.10.2023, it was informed by counsel for the petitioner that she was not in contact with the petitioner. At her request, matter was adjourned for today.
