(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioners assailing the action of the respondent-authorities in not providing them the necessary details so as to enable them to submit their bid pursuant to the DNIT dated 08.10.2021. When confronted with clause 24 of the bid document which provides for a grievance redressal mechanism for the bidders, learned senior counsel for the petitioners prays for and is granted liberty to approach the respondent-authorities by filing a representation as regards their grievance.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that as per his information, the technical bid has not been opened till date and in such circumstances, they would approach the respondent-authorities by raising their grievance under clause 24 of the bid document within three days. Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana submits that the respondent-authorities shall take up the issue and decide it expeditiously in accordance with law. In view of the submission made by learned senior counsel for the petitioners as well as the statement of learned State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of.
