**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) As per report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, the parties have mutually settled their dispute by way of Settlement Agreement dated 21.07.2014.

According to the Settlement Agreement dated 21.07.2014, the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), was to be filed on 08.08.2014. Learned counsel for the respondent states that as per his instructions apparently, there is some demise in the family of the appellant. He further submitted that as per his information, the parties have settled their dispute and a petition under Section 13-B of the Act shall be filed shortly. 3.
In view thereof and in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 21.07.2014, arrived at between the parties, the present appeal is disposed of as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to move an application for revival of the appeal, in case the terms of Settlement Agreement, are not acted upon by the respondent.
