**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondents submit that Coordinate Bench of this Court in similar circumstances has set aside the impugned order in CWP-271302019 on 31.05.2022 by directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of promotion increment after 23 years of service and pass appropriate orders within a period of three month from the receipt of the representation. The petition is disposed of in the same terms as in CWP-27130-2019 decided on 31.05.2022. The petitioner would be at liberty to file a representation within a period of one month from now and the respondents would consider and decide the same within a period of three months from the date of its receipt.
