*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ of certiorari to quash the inquiry report dated 26.05.2021 submitted by DDPO to the competent authority. It is not in dispute that the effect of the aforesaid inquiry report is yet to be considered by the competent authority. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to make a representation pointing out the errors in the inquiry report.

All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
