M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Aggrieved by the decree of divorce granted to the respondent-husband, the wife has preferred this appeal. During pendency of the appeal, appellant-wife has received lump sum alimony and wants to withdraw the appeal. Counsel for the appellant-wife submits that few certificates of appellant-wife are still lying with the respondent-husband. The respondent-husband present in the Court undertakes that in case he is able to find out the documents, he would send the same through the counsel for the appellant within a period of 3 months. With above observations, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
The judgment of the lower Court is confirmed. The application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act is also dismissed as withdrawn.
