Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner eligible for appointment to the post of TGT Science (Rest of Haryana), category no.7, in EWS category, against advertisement 02/2023, dated 21.02.2023.

Learned State counsel on instructions contends that the Commission, vide letter dated 29.10.2024, has recommended the petitioner for appointment to the post of TGT Science (Rest of Haryana), category 07. He will be issued appointment subject to his fulfilling other requisite conditions, within four weeks.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to offer appointment to the petitioner with notional benefits from the date other selected candidates pursuant to the selection in question have been appointed. He shall be entitled to actual service benefits from the date of joining service.
