The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to issue appropriate directions to the official respondents to issue notice under Section 160 Cr.P.C for a period of 15 days, in case the petitioners are wanted in any case/FIR.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 25.06.2026 (Annexure P-3) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh-respondent No.2 and she shall be satisfied at this stage, if directions are issued to respondent No.2 to look into the matter and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law. 3.
