NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the entire benefits have been paid to him except Rs.26,441/-, which has been sanctioned on 21.08.2019.

In view of the same, the petition is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the same is disposed of as such with a direction to the respondents to also release the amount of Rs.26,441/-, if the petitioner is entitled to the same as per the sanction letter dated 21.08.2019, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
