(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned advertisement dated 25.11.2018 (Annexure P-2), selection list (Annexure P-4) and all the approval/NOC granted to respondent No.8 for establishing a retail outlet in violation of applicable rules, bye-laws, instructions and guidelines. 1.1 A further prayer has been made for seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to consider and decide the representations dated 29.05.2024, 07.01.2025/17.01.2025, 31.05.2025, 04.06.2025 (Annexures P-5 to P-8 respectively), submitted by the petitioner through e-mails and post.
