**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioner herein who was appointed as Math Master in the year 1982, discharged duties as Headmaster from 14.07.2006 to 07.03.2008 on ad hoc basis and subsequently was promoted to the post of Headmaster on 05.10.2011.

The petitioner herein seeks the period that he has worked on ad hoc basis as Headmaster, to be counted towards his experience for promotion to the post of Principal. In this regard, the petitioner has already served a legal notice on 09.01.2017 (Annexure P-4) which is still pending consideration. At the present moment, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits his prayer to an early consideration of the legal notice dated 09.01.2017 (Annexure P-4) served upon the respondents. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 09.01.2017 (Annexure P4) by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
