Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 20.07.2023, communicated vide letter No.562, dated 25.07.2023, Annexure P-9, whereby, existing trade licence of the petitioner bearing No. PBTL2022-09-19-048922, Annexure P-1, has been cancelled.
