Main Case The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant anti-date appointment to the petitioners with effect from 07.03.2014 and 14.12.2013, on the basis of notional pay fixation. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the second AVIN KUMAR 2024.08.02 16:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

CWP No.18367 of 2024 [2] respondent. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case the second respondent is directed to decide their pending legal notice, dated 25.03.2023, Annexure P-11, in a specific period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notice, dated 25.03.2023, will be decided by the second respondent-Director, Elementary Education Department, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within three months. 4.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 5.
