*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) This is an application filed by the wife with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of the petition filed under Section 13(1)(ia) & 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled as "Satish Kumar vs. Reetu" pending in the Family Court, Rewari, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Gurugram. Learned counsel for the respondent (husband) submits that he has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

It has been noticed that the petitioner (wife) is looking after 4 daughters and she will have to travel a long distance of 140 kms., if the transfer application is not allowed. Hence, the application is allowed. The petition filed under Section 13(1)(ia) & 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled as "Satish Kumar vs. Reetu" pending in the Family Court, Rewari, is ordered to be transferred to the Court of competent ASHOK KUMAR 2021.12.14 11:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
