The controversy pertains to petitioner's claim for admission in Pre-Nursery in Yadvindra Public School-respondent No.2. State of Punjab has filed its written statement pointing out, inter alia, that a District Admission Monitoring Committee has been constituted vide Notification dated 21.12.2015 which has ample powers to look into such like grievances and issue necessary directions in terms of the Government guidelines. In this view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Admission Monitoring Committee, who in turn, is directed to look into the petitioner's grievances within two weeks.
