RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing official respondents to ensure the security of life and liberty and property of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.6 to 9. It is further prayed to direct respondents No.2 to 5 for taking action on the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.03.2024, against respondents No.6 to 9.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
