RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0005, dated 24.01.2024, under Sections 427, 447, 506, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Mehatpur, District Jalandhar Rural and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
