Through instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of legal notice dated 22.11.2017.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondents to decide legal notice dated 22.11.2017 (Annexure P-1), within some prescribed period. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to respondents to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in her legal notice dated 22.11.2017 (Annexure P-1) and to decide the same in terms of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 9347 of 2016 (O&M), captioned as Sonika 2018.03.01 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
