**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 88 dated 13.9.2017 under Sections 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Badhni Kalan, District Moga.

On the last date of hearing, learned State counsel stated that all the prosecution witnesses had been examined and sought an adjournment and the case was adjourned for today i.e. 18.2.2021. Today again, learned State counsel states that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though all the prosecution witnesses have been examined yet the case has been pending before the trial Court from the last one year.
