Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to initiate departmental action against respondent No.4. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move fresh application under the Right to Information Act, 2005. 3.

Ordered accordingly.

Needless to say that in case such an application is moved before the SPIO, within two weeks, needful be done by the quarter concerned expeditiously, in accordance with law, after charging the requisite fee.
