On account of death of Sh. Dariya Singh, who was working as ALM with the erstwhile Haryana State Electricity Boardrespondents, on 7.4.1995, while being in service, his daughter Poonam had approached the department for being appointed on compassionate grounds, submitting representation dated 8.1.2019 Annexure P-13, but that did not evoke any response, as such said Poonam alongwith her mother Smt. Chanderpati, have knocked at the door of this court, by way of filing the present writ petition. Since the representation submitted by petitioner No.1 - Poonam, is not said to have been disposed of by the respondents till date, in order to give more time to respondent No.2 to consider the claim of petitioner No.1, for appointment on compassionate grounds, BANITA CHUGH 2021.11.12 13:01 I agree to specified portions of this document

CWP No. 22973 of 2021 -2so as to avoid unnecessary litigation, the present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the Representation dated 8.1.2019 (Annexure P-13) of petitioner No.1 as per law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject and if some action in the matter is warranted, then the needful be done in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. A speaking order in that regard be passed, copy of which be sent to the petitioners as per registered AD Post.

It is observed that in case the petitioners still feel dissatisfied after disposal of the representation, then they may approach the Court again in accordance with law for redressal of their grievances.
