The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 07.03.2024 and 06.05.2024 (Annexures P-2 and P-3 respectively). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition as well as in the translation of the Annexures attached thereto, therefore he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
