(ORAL) Petition herein, inter-alia, is to seek quashing of an order dated 21.10.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Abohar, District Fazilka, vide which application of the petitioner/ defendant to produce the original voucher pertaining to Rs.10,00,000/- dated 28.03.2017 was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the respondent-bank, at the outset, submits that document which is sought to be brought to the Court vide application leading to the passing of impugned order dated 21.10.2021 (Annexure P-1) has already been supplied twice over under RTI to the petitioner. Being so, ordinarily this Court would refrain to interfere in the revisional jurisdiction.
