Mr. Sandeep S. Mann, Sr. DAG, Haryana accepts notice. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite having filed an appeal against the order dated 22.02.2017 passed by the Commissioner, Hisar Division (Camp at Sirsa) regarding the matter of lambardari, no officer was appointed as Financial Commissioner and the appeal bearing No.290 of 2017 has not been taken up. However, as per the aforementioned order, the parties are directed to appear before the Collector on 20.04.2017. In view of the information provided by Mr. Mann, Sr. DAG, Haryana, Ms. Rajni Sekhri Sibal, Addl. Chief Secretary to Govt.,Haryana, Animal Husbandary & Dairying Department is given the additional charge of Financial Commissioner. The aforementioned appeal has already been transferred but the record of the case is yet to be requisitioned.

Let the record of the aforementioned matter be requisitioned and sent to the concerned Officer having the additional charge within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Till the matter is taken up by the concerned officer, the proceedings before PANKAJ KUMAR 2017.04.

CWP No.7162 of 2017 -2the Collector shall remain stayed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations.
